What is Komen Breast Health Essentials?
Komen Essentials is free training designed and implemented by the
Komen Oregon and SW Washington Affiliate. The training is for breast
health coordinators and others involved in breast health education and
outreach. It includes the latest and most accurate research-based breast health information with presentation materials and formats that can be used with a variety of audiences.
Komen Essentials provides front-line educators and advocates with the
tools they need to dispel myths, share science-based information about
risk factors and carry the life-saving message of early detection to
medically underserved groups.
