• Minimum Guaranteed Donation - All Affiliate sanctioned events and product promotions must raise a minimum of:
  • Fundraising Events - $15,000
  • Product Promotions - $5,000
• Business Plan - must be submitted to our Affiliate at least 6 months before the date of the proposed event or promotion, including the following information 
  • Details and logistics of event or promotion
  • Your financial goals and how you expect to meet them
  • Detailed budget, and how you are going to cover the costs of your event or promotion
  • Expectations, if any, from our Affiliate
  • Affiliate staff will approve business plan within one month of receipt
• Letter of Agreement - If you are approved as an Affiliate Sanctioned Event or Product Promotion, you will need to sign a Letter of Agreement with the Oregon and SW Washington Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
• Use of Name and Logo - You will be required to follow all rules on the use of our name and logo which will be provided in the letter of agreement.
• Event insurance - must be obtained 30 days prior to the event (as outlined by the Affiliate).  Some product promotions may also be required to provide insurance documentation depending on the nature of the promotion.

If you are interested in fundraising for Komen as a Passionately Pink fundraising event or promotion, the following guidelines apply:

• No business plan, letter of agreement, or event insurance is required
• There is no minimum fundraising amount required
• Passionately Pink fundraisers may not use the Komen name or logo in any printed materials, but may use the Passionately Pink logo through Komen National.
• Educational Materials - upon request, our Affiliate is able to provide you with affiliate brochures, fundraising envelopes, and other breast health materials (100 quantity).  We request one month prior notice to provide educational materials.
