Never been snowshoeing?  Well, 2011 is your year!  Not only is this event a blast, but your registration includes the rental of your snowshoes.  There's lots of fun to be had in addition to the beautiful walk in a Mt. Row for the Cure - Station L Rowing Club in Portland, Oregon originated Row for the Cure over 18 years ago, and is now a nationwide program in twelve cities, all benefitting Susan G. Komen for the Cure.  To get involved, visit their website. 

Girlfriends' Half Marathon - Run through Northwest Personal Training, the Girlfriends' Half Marathon is a women's only 13.1 mile run through downtown Vancouver.  Event participants get special treatment after completing the race - like chocolate and massages!  For more information or to register, click here.
