Getting Married?

Give your guests a wedding favor to remember by making a donation in their honor to the Oregon & SW Washington Affiliate of Susan G. Komen for the Cure.  Many brides and grooms have been impacted by breast cancer and want to honor a parent, friend or relative through this generous gesture.

1.  Choose:  View the file and decide which template best fits your style (page one: six traditional designs, page two: five modern designs).  These templates are designed to be double-sided table tents (2" x 3") to sit at each place setting at your reception.

2.  Donate:  To purchase the template you'd like, make a donation online by clicking here.  The minimum required donation for a wedding favor template is $100.00.  Once your donation has been made, contact Cristina Moore, Development Coordinator, to obtain the template you'd like.  Please allow 10 business days for your order to be processed.

3.  Print:  You will receive the specified template via email for you to print for your own specified quantity.  You will also receive printing instructions.  For printing efficiency, there will be four templates per page.
