Rural Transportation Grants

Based on our community needs assessment, the Komen Oregon and SW Washington Affiliate launched a Rural Transportation Pilot project in 2005.
We have funded rural transportation grants for programs that cover southern, eastern and central Oregon, plus the mid-valley and parts of rural Washington and Yamhill counties.

This Grant provides options to fund travel, food and lodging for breast cancer patients and their drivers.

New applications are due in the Komen office by December 10, 2008 or fiscal year 2009-10.
