The Health Expo takes place the Friday and Saturday prior to the Race:

The Komen Health Expo provides an opportunity for attendees to pick up their Race bib, t-shirt and pin prior to the event, while also interacting with vendors, sampling natural and organic foods, learning about the benefits of a “green” and healthy life
style, connecting with new products and companies, shopping and hearing live music performances and fitness demonstrations.
