Legal Rights of Breast Cancer PatientsThe Breast Cancer Legal Advocacy Project of Oregon-Providing Free Legal Assistance to Breast Cancer Patients- A group of volunteer Oregon attorneys dedicated to providing free legal assistance to breast cancer patients faced with health insurance or workplace issues. o Are you having problems with your health insurance provider related to your breast cancer diagnosis and treatment? o Is your employer making it difficult for you to receive treatment or manage your life now that you have been diagnosed with breast cancer? If you are having problems like these with your insurance company or your employer, free legal help may be available. Contact the Breast Cancer Legal Advocacy Project of Oregon to find out if there is an attorney who can assist you. Step One: Send an e-mail specifically describing the problem you are having to BClegalOR@gmail.com Step Two: Your e-mail will be reviewed and an attempt will be made to provide you access to a volunteer attorney. Step Three: You will be contacted with an update on the status of your request.
